Been here about a month and am enjoying it so far. Pay is decent and bonus is surprisingly good. Nothing really to complain about yet.

Good benefits. Very good employee discounts.

Cons

Store Manager expected to hit projected sales goals, increase car count, and run an operationally sound store with no employees. Want more employees? Don't look at your DM for assistance. That's the responsibility of the store manager. Because working 60-70 hrs a week isn't enough. Fixed salary + bonus. Don't count on a bonus without employees. Multi million dollar corporation that can't even staff their stores.
