Correction from the “pros” section - I meant to say “weakly”. The pay is heavily based on bonuses, which are difficult to attain. That difficulty stems from many factors. Staffing is horrendous, with a turnover rate MUCH higher than industry norms. A lot of that turnover stems from low pay which leads to low motivation and productivity. Field leadership in the Richmond market is feeble at best. There is absolutely no brand identity, nor marketing to help create familiarity. Equipment issues are rampant and outdated.
