This is a great company to work for. It’s retail so the hours are there but great pay for it and they actually care when you need time off for family.

There are no pros here. You'll have no life and work long hours.

Cons

If you are not at a busy store good luck making your ends meet. If you got a big sale and expecting a big bonus. Good luck it won't happen. Management will lie to you about their stores and moving up. You'll work like a slave with no life.
