Co Workers Were Good..Everything Else Not So Much

Co workers were great. The work overall is very easy.

Cons

Upper management definitely not all on the same page. Training is pretty much none existent besides shadowing a senior rep and going through some trainings on a computer. No room for growth unless someone above quits or gets fired.
