The absolute worst company I have ever worked for.
Pros
As bad as it was, you get a great discount on parts and service for your vehicles and for your families' vehicles.
Cons
Where to begin? Maybe I'll start with the minimum wage salary and the puny commissions you receive. Or the mandatory "culture of safety" and sales meetings on your scheduled days off. Another huge drawback is the pressure upper management puts on the salesman to sell service, roadhazard warranties, and other such services. If you don't make the inflated quota that they have for you, your job gets threatened every couple of weeks and you get nasty messages from the district manager. Another big disadvantage is the mechanics they hire- the turnover rate is so high that no one stays more than six months or so because, again, the pay is so bad and treatment is as well. Take your car to an independent or a dealer.
