I like my direct management. There is a lot of latitude and you have a lot of freedom.

Cons

It is ciaos at all levels at all time. They pay entry level employees the minimum which makes managing people very difficult because they posses no drive what so ever.

the more you sell the more you make.Amazing co-workers that are passionate about their job and the organization. Management encourages growth and development. Forward thinking leadership

Cons

horrible company In an effort to prevent extra costs being passed onto the consumer, company hangs onto old technology that is slow and wastes countless hours of time trying to deal with it. Glad they are cautious with spending, but sometimes you have to bite the bullet
