Going downhill fast - company needs to return to it's roots

You can learn about charging inflated prices for service I guess, benefits are ok

Cons

New management, wasted millions on redecorating front of shop to look like Apple store, customers hate it, changed pay structures for employees, everyone's leaving, company is going downhill fast, back shop is filled with prima donnas who will throw temper tantrums when they think they're not being paid enough

Pros

Good hours, well known company, commission and hourly, and the ability to transfer to other stores

Cons

Commission plans change often, Could make $35,000 on year and $25,000 the next with the same sales. Pricing of service continues to go up as well as sales quotas. Remove commission for using coupons they send out. Tend to have the highest cost of service out of their competitors
