Where can I start? Japanese ownership, serious bait and switch environment, stealing commission back after salesmen earn it because they honor stupidly low coupons in neighborhoods like FERGUSON,MO..(specifically!)

It is a job easy to get hired for. If you are single and want a job just to have something to do.

Cons

Pay is next to nothing, not even enough to live off of, have to get a second job just to survive pay check to pay check

Pros

Money is good, I have really enjoyed working with most of the people in the stores. Most customers are okay

Cons

Work life balance...there is none! District managers and up make you feel like your never doing you job good enough. They will always tell you to do more. 19.99 oil changes add to car count but destroy GP. Most customers just want a 19.99 oil change.
