Most of my co-workers were cool and made my time there bearable.

Cons

Pretty much everything about it was horrible. Management was the worst I've ever dealt with, both regionally and at the store level. Pay was the worst in the industry and the benefits were a joke.

good money depending on location good coworkers

Cons

diff pay for mechanics is difficult to surpass (hours x 11= diff pay commision earned over diff is extra money). Mechanics are required to work 55 hours plus with no overtime. Lack of employees and most store managers and service managers only stay with the company for 6 months to a year otherwise they get demoted or fired
