Pay, benefits, discounts are excellent.

Cons

11-14 hours days. Most of the days no break or lunch is given. Multiple weeks with one day off. High number of people leaving due to heavy workloads from being understaffed. You practically have to live there. Most of the upper management in my area were hired because of who they know. Not how they perform.
