Great place to work for myself. I would say it depends on your DM if you'll like the job. My DM happens to be great.

Cons

You have to work every weekend unless approved ahead of time.

Store was clean. The computer system was better than other companies I have worked for.

Cons

Your paycheck. $8 an hour plus percentages. If you sell a set of tires that are discounted, you are likely to see $12 deducted from sale. Poor wages compared to Firestone ($14 plus percentage) and Goodyear ($15 plus tire spiffs). Typical setup where you get car in the air and sell sell sell...and it is dead from 5 PM till 8 PM so you are getting $8 per hour during that time...
