This job has helped me become a more efficient worker. also helped me clarify my career goals going forward. Great place to start your career from a learning standpoint. summer and spring business is decent$.

Cons

where do I start..constant pressure from management to make quotas. sell sell sell!! , No work life balance, to make decent money you have to work 50 plus hours weekly. Customers want Champaign service for beer money. incompetent/lazy coworkers mostly tire techs..hourly pay is abysmally below industry average for mechanics..

Always short staff. Upper Management is never satisfied. Cooperate is always up management so they take that on us. There is never a dull moment when you hear a complaint from both company and customer. Company does not take care of their employees. High turn over rate. You have to live there pretty much. I have never expierence anything good working there. They are racist. They like to say they “promote” employees but in truth, they teach them what they want them to know so they do the work but never promote them. I worked there for 3 years. In 1 year I was without a manager. I had to do every position there and never got the credit or money to do that. With that being said during that year I expeierence 3 district managers and 4 managers changes.
