Coworkers if you are lucky, competitive environment. Pay used to be good.

Cons

Worked at NTB for several years and while it can be financiallly rewarding, you will ultimately regret working here. Unfortunately the culture and working conditions are just not worth your health and life. I worked in management and you are required to work a minimum 55hrs weekly, every weekend and holidays. I had an extremely successful career but you have to realize what is important to you in life. Constant turn over of over 75% and the continued failure from management realizing that people are your most valuable assets.

Relaxed environment, most people are easy to get along with, see and drive new cars, alot of locations flexible schedule

Cons

Management tends to not care about people below them. Not as many leaders. Outside hire and train rather than move up inside employees as often.
