Pros

They pay for your ASE's there is a career path online that you can work through with your store manager if you want to advance, the more ase's you get the more you get paid. Simple. benefits blew what i had a the dealership out of the water, hourly pay was the same benefits were half the price

Cons

open 7 days usually work 5 but must be available to cover retail hours

good people and learning experience decent pay but same pay no matter how much or little experience u have

Cons

not much advancement only way to get raise is by promotion very badly managed company only two holidays are reconised
