Employee discounts, you do learn a lot and wear many hats.

Cons

It's the usual long hours, too much work that causes burn out. There is no time for a life outside of work and the pay is just average just to get you by and pay the bills. Management is unable or unwilling to recognize talent. They don't care about the non-management people at all. They only care about making money and screw everyone else.
