Pros

If you like to stay busy there is a lot to do in a day, which makes the time pass.

Cons

The management insists you tell clients there is more wrong with their car than what is needed. They hide your overall bills sending a spreadsheet each month and take this from your bottom line.

Pros

Most employees are hard working and have a drive to help anyone through the process of buying tires selling services. Benefits are very good. Pay is good and pay structures staring to change to benefit employees.

Cons

Just like any industry, there are downsides and one mostly are dealing with some impatient customers. No big deal. The other downside is going to be the long hours and working major holidays. Pay is worth it but your quality of life will suffer.

The experience for beginners. Discounts. That’s about it.

Cons

Work near 100+ hours just to receive 900$ every two weeks . The guys in the front make more selling the tire rather the. The guy in the back. No time for breaks. Lousy co workers. Scheduling is awful.
