The pay, benefits vacation days were good.

Cons

In the months I have worked here, I didn't find anything positive. There is always a lot on your plate so you can barely have the time to connect to other employees or form bonds. The management doesn't even bother to connect with the employees. They just don't care whether you stay or leave, which says a lot about their employer reputation
