Pros

There's always new people coming in here and you always have new friends to make.

Cons

Although I was happy about having to meet new people, there were lapses in hiring process that made them hire incompetent ones. It was difficult working with people that you have to always check up to or else you will have to repeat their work. It disrupts with a supposedly smooth operations.
