The training is better than many other companies out there.

Cons

The company is unfair about loads of things. First, they don't pay overtime and blame employees for not being quick enough. Second, they expect you to work on the weekends and third, the advancement opportunities are not fair. Some people get a promotion without doing anything to deserve it, and some don't get the promotion they deserve.
