Non at all the company is a joke

Cons

Pay is low for the industry you get a base pay if you dont meet your productivity and you most of the time never will because you get pulled away from jobs constantly to help the lube and tire techs and to do inventory. They want you to remove brake dust shuilds instead of replacing them no work life balance at all they get mad if you dont come in on your days off no overtime pay always short handed. NTB more like Never Turb Back

Lots of free food, great office location and space

Cons

Employee turnover rate is very high, and management made no effort to fill the vacated positions, which meant work and responsibilities and more hats to be filled in by those who are left. There is very little feeling of job security, considering people have been getting paid off suddenly and arbitrarily. The management have no motivation for keeping up employee morale
