      Pros

      - Great colleagues, - Understanding and patient managers. - Pay was decent. - Strict shift adherence (no staying late at work) - WFH (later changed to hybrid 2 days in office) but still fine. - Office was open concept but beautiful and spacious. - Training was well taught, hand was held through the first few months. Mistakes were generously forgiven. - Great launching point in the industry. - Great work/life balance.

      Cons

      - Clients were rude at times but nothing too bad. - Really nothing to complain about to be honest. - Laid off due to company restructuring.
