Great people, a fair amount of flexibility, good benefits

Cons

Inconsistent workload, corporate leadership is very isolated from the rest of the staff and makes sweeping decisions that impacts the staff without their input and without actually knowing how it will affect the staff. Inefficient and ineffective HR (regularly messing up payroll, tax documents, etc.) Depending on the client, you can have a great and creative experience, or your work can be incredibly dry.

Pros

They're pretty flexible about working remotely, especially since Covid. Many of the project managers and content development managers have come up through the ranks and therefore, understand the needs of the 'workers on the ground.' The company provides some nice perks, like WFH allowances, Health and Wellness benefits, Internet reimbursement and $100 Uber Eats allowances for pretty much any holiday.

Cons

The other half of the project managers are outside hires who simply have a degree in 'project management,' and therefore, have NO idea what is required of content managers 'on the ground.' In these cases, PMs fail to push back against unrealistic client demands, especially timelines, and routinely overpromise to clients without checking feasibility with their CDs.

They have monopoly in the learning sector. They have a lot of fun activities just to motivate people.

Cons

Least employee friendly. Bad leave policy, less holidays in year. Company hires employees in low salary and exploit them. Worst HR policies.
