great learning atmosphere, and fun place to work

good place to learn new technologies and an equipped infrastructure to work and learn the new technologies, policies mostly beneficial for female staff

Cons

tremendous work pressure, hectic schedules, weekend till saturday, policies require lot of amendments, growing prospects were limited, time wise and in monetary terms

- Home-like environment, people actually stay for years until they retire - Supportive management. They listen to you and unlike other companies, you have a say in matters - Young crowd. Lively and vibrant environment - Loads of opportunities as they identify your talent - A great platform

Cons

- Salary is the biggest constraint. The compensation is not in accordance to industry standards

Good work environment, work-from-home may be granted.

Cons

Very low or no guidance from mentor. Project may be good but you wont get guidance to complete it. Mentors hardly give much importance to interns. Stipend is quite low compared to peers.
