      Lots of training both technical and management given to deserving candidates good work culture/ethics

      Pros

      NIIT focus on training and education, which is a great area to work in. It had its time in China, just slept on passed achievement.

      Cons

      Poor management and out of date products won't meet the request of market. It cause loosing market share and become 2rd tire company.
