      Work life - family life proportionally balance, flexible work hours, Good work ethics, on payroll employees are very well looked after

      Very good till you become a victim of politics.

      Pros

      NIIT is a humane organization. Very good learning ground. If you are the type of person who can handle politics, you will thrive. Top performers are rewarded, but you may end up having a peer who is at your level just because of nepotism.

      Cons

      Poor pay master. Not a very professional organization. A lot of politics - the higher up the ladder you go, the more dirty it is. A lot of knee-jerk decision-making happens.
