Where should start: 1) senior management is only for passing on orders which benefits them and their favourite managers. CEO’s relative is an employee in the company with a perk to never visit office and permanent WFH but other employees are pushed to come to office so that if somebody shows reluctance he/she can be asked to leave 2) they won’t allow you to take holiday on 15th Aug 2nd Oct 26 Jan infact will make it a mandatory WFH so authorities do not question them 3) Salary increments are maximum to 2% and the senior management enjoys perks in dollars 4) They make fool of clients by showing one employee as FTE in multiple projects. 5) No women safety guards during night shifts are most of the time stoned. 6) Employees come to office after boozing around and Managers enjoy it 7) Discriminatory policies for different employees at same level
