      Pros

      Upper management is very good like founders and CEOs. Communication is good with HR. Environment is depend upon under which manager you are working.

      Cons

      For some there is 5 working days in a week and for some there is 6 working days. Salaries are low. bonuses and incentives structure is very bad.
