      - no office politics - senior managment is very forthcoming and are willing to help - great place to grow if you're interested in learning

      Cons

      - there will always be a few work-shirkers who feel entitled to a salary they want in return for warming their chair-seat. - a few wanna-be's (mostly the same people mentioned above)
