      I couldn't able to find any pros here.

      Cons

      There is no proper agile practices Just you will get work on the next day of joining you won't be introduced to anyone in the team you have to find your own team and have to do the initial setup there is no weekends and no public holiday... it's like work like a machine there is no proper management
