NIIT gives you alot of opportunities to grow and learn new things, there are always free classes of learning advance excel, power point, data analytics, cybersecurity and many more It gives your captivating rewards and vouchers on different occasions, including your birthday Applying for a leave is never an issue here. It encourages its employees to take leaves to get yourself out there and do what you love NIIT gives you reimbursement to stay fit, you just have to submit your gym, yoga, swimming classes etc receipts and you will get reimbursed Your opinion is always valued by your team, even your overall head.
