      It's just been almost 2 weeks for me at NIIT, and so far have good experience here with the Team, HRs, and management overall. looking forward to learning, and having a better experience.

      Cons

      Having good learning so far, and things are fine. However, there should be proper roles and responsibilities training for new hire employees so they can understand things, and give productivity in a better way quickly.
