      Extra shifts Early and late starts

      Adding shifts on without asking me Poor training Managers sitting around gossiping with each other very cliquey leaving people out. Had a very bad vibe from one of the managers seemed very nice at the start then changed. Barely knew any of the names of people I worked with. I only done two weeks here and managed to get a new job.

      Only 15 minute breaks for every 5 hours worked Management don’t care about staff Hire young people so they do all the work and all old people relax Cabot circus store management are all very cold and unwelcoming- Avoid Staff all avoid work and dump it on new person making them feel pressured to do all the work Just a bad company to work for

      Discount is 25 percent but not on sale stuff. People who work there Can't think of anything else Seriously nothing else In most retail parks these days

      The problem is with area managers. I've worked there several times on and off and it just gets worse and worse and that's to do with the area managers.
