Flexible hours - worked about 10 hours per week and then signed up for extra hours on rota when i had the time Relaxed atmosphere Nice co-workers and supervisors

Cons

Can be a bit tough being on your feet all day, wear comfortable shoes!

put in for shifts without asking, poor pay, uniform rules a joke (you can only buy next clothes that another employee doesnt have. or wear own navy blue suit .. no thanks)
