      Brilliant Company To Work For

      Pros

      good pay and good bonuses, good training, great discount (for you and direct family) and access to the sale clothing before they're sold to the public, employee portal can be accessed at home which means you can view your rota, book holiday and view your payslips online at any time. Friendly staff (in my experience), you can opt in for extra hours if you want.

      Cons

      You are expected to work certain times known as 'red weeks'; these weeks are unavailable to be booked off as holiday. Only a certain number of people can be made full time which means that it is likely you will only be working part-time.

      Pros

      There were few pros, really. You were given long breaks at the correct times and were paid for them. Time and a quarter on Sundays

      Cons

      Treated as an expendable commodity then expected to bend over backwards to help cover shifts not contracted to work on

      Pros

      - Customer satisfaction is always at the forefront - Ability to move between departments - Training provided if there for the long-haul - Staff and employee discount (Next & Lipsy) - Great vibe especially during the Olympics

      Cons

      - Childish behaviour by some of the management (depending on location) - Pay could be much better - Expect to go above and beyond even though pay is poor - Lack of respect to new staff by some senior management
