Overall positive experience but let down by lack of holiday avaliable in Christmas period

Pros

Great benefits in terms of employee discounts, great team and working environment with lots of training provided.

Cons

They expect a lot during sale times, especially at Christmas, sometimes working till past 10pm on Christmas eve and then up for a 5am shift on boxing day and EVERYBODY has to work with no chance of getting these days off.

Pros

The Home and Children store had a great atmosphere, everyone was really friendly and the bonus was really decent. Time off was really flexible, as a student it was easy to get time off for studying and travelling.

Cons

It was a target driven environment which was difficult some times, and they had a rotation of staff quite a bit.

Company treat staff well, rewarded for working well, good benefits and higher pay then most retail brands. All employees are kind and managers understand the importance of work life balance. Fantastic Christmas party

Cons

Not a lot of space for promotion due to the amount of people who don't leave as the company is very good to employees.
