Pros

Good discount, employees get preview of sale items before they go on sale, good atmosphere in the store among colleagues, can offer up shifts online if you cannot do them.

Cons

They should treat staff better, despite having the highest retail turnover last year there has been no increase in salary. Constantly expecting more and more off staff. Have to book holidays months in advance and cant book holidays in July or December.

Colleagues were really friendly, the shift market place where you could offer and pick up shifts

Cons

Completely takes over your life during sale periods, can be a little oppressive for example cctv monitoring to ensure you put hangers away correctly

my supervisor was very helpful and motivated us to enough work as possible. The values of the company to work hard and stay motivated is very good and should be the motive of many high street stores

Cons

The breaks were too short, it was very tiring, annoying customers, long hours, low pay and it was just not for me.
