There was a good rate of pay, good hours and lovely people.

Cons

if in school they do ask for quite a lot of hours so if you are juggling exams and work it is a difficult place to work for.

The Home and Children store had a great atmosphere, everyone was really friendly and the bonus was really decent. Time off was really flexible, as a student it was easy to get time off for studying and travelling.

Cons

It was a target driven environment which was difficult some times, and they had a rotation of staff quite a bit.
