Pros

Good food at head office (although you will have to eat it at your desk) Staff discount? Although most of the product is gross. Some of the people are nice. A well known company, could look good on your CV (but probably not worth it)

Cons

Get taken advantage of in terms of working hours. It's not a 9-5 job you are expected to go in early and stay late every day. No lunch breaks - you have to eat sat at your desk. A lot of trainees leave within weeks/ months because of poor support/ bullying/ horrible atmosphere in the office. Often trainees get pushed out by management. I think it should be investigated for the way staff are treated/ the impact it has as a business on the Leicestershire area in terms of stress/ wellbeing/ mental health.

Pros

Gain experience in working with customers, can use skills in interior design on a day to day basis. Have really expanded my skills by doing a range of tasks

Cons

Pay is very poor, pressure to hit targets that are in fairly based in my opinion. A lot of responsibility for minimum wage. Terrible bonus
