1. High internal politics - If you are not working as the manager says and not working at least 10+ hours. I don't know who invented such a nasty thing. They add almost 30% of your salary to the monthly bonus. This amount they took back after you resigned which was calculated from your last appraisal also you cut it down from 3 months. for eg. if you are resigning in Dec and your monthly bonus is 20,000. From April to Nov. - 20,000*8 = 1,60,000 also Dec-Feb = 20000*3 = 60,000. This means a total of 2,20,000 deducted from your salary. One more your appraisals put in a monthly bonus only. 3.
