      Pros

      Long time back NEC was very innovative company and looked big potential to be a global company. In fact there are many good inernal seeds and resources but management style is too much conservative and not intergrated. NEC can change drastically once professional management from external comes to the top. Provide good business oppotunity to aggressive person

      Too much conservative, too much domestic. International business is led by non overseas expereienced old guys.

      Pros

      They let you publish papers which is very important for PhD students etc. Many people after working here for a while and getting industrial experience have received and accepted faculty offers.
