      cab facility, good learning place for first year

      Cons

      no work life balance, extremely biased management, extremely unprofessional HR, the management thinks employee as a slave. you can survive only if you know how to play the blame game perfectly. one of the most pathetic organization i have ever worked with. growth of an employee is totally based on his/her manager's perception. no recognition of work. the worst thing is the dirty politics that strives in the culture of the organization.

      -True end to end ICT services capability -Opportunity to work across streams (Business Solutions, Cloud, Managed Services, Service Desk, etc.) -Many significant customers (i.e.all of SA Gov) -Major contract wins will see job security in Managed Services and Network Managed Services -Opportunities to advance career if you make an effort with Management and Snr Sales team

      -Bit of boys club in management and sales (hard to break in) -Regular changes to structure to drive profit (esp in Business Solutions) -Regular redundancies (lack of job security in Business Solutions and Unified Communications)
