flexi working hours. free drinks in the pantry. pay is alright meeting market rate. aws and small increment yearly.

Cons

Lack of leadership, information from top down often do not get cascaded to the people on the ground. Reorg happens every 3 month very unstable. Mgmt change your job scope as and when without considering your skillsets. Poor branding in the market.
