      People in the management are good and competent Good start for new employees since their training and work ethic is good Many trainings and certification

      Cons

      Same salary but workload may vary from different departments. Some departments may require you to overtime while some departments are not as busy as the others. Not good in the long term due to salary being not competitive Not that much relevant benefits

      One or Two Project at a times only. More times to test. Not too micro management.

      Cons

      Less salary Need 7 Year or more to get became perm staff. a lot of testing for new tools (Application). Engineer need to know alot of tools. (By self learning) You need to cover other jobs scope who is on leave even without any experience.
