      It's too domestic culture at the headquarters in Tokyo while the company envisions becoming a truly global company. At the headquarters, the organizational structure remains deeply rooted in the seniority system, mainly at corporate functions. While some senior management seems keen to change, it's not necessarily aligned with their direct reports and middle management, resulting in too slow adoption of changes, and inequities in promotion and compensation. This results in massive demotivation of young professionals.
