Pros

Good overall company culture and great benefits. Lots of educational opportunities for self growth. If you get with the right team and good managers, you have lots of opportunity to grow upwards within the company.

Cons

Some management likes to gate keep info and keep those beneath them down. I’ve heard this story far too often from many people across many divisions. Also HR and legal counsel appear are afraid to take action on problematic managers and employees until they know they have a lawsuit on their hand.

Pros

The benefits were nice, like the insurance

Cons

Only 4 free passes to the park a year. I think they could do more than that. Management was overbearing at times
