Pros

-Good coffee machines on certain floors.

Cons

-Every floor was lukeroom and hot. Most offices in companies you have women with heaters under their desks but not here. Felt like I was working in a place with no AC. - Terrible IT structure. - Management takes advantage of all Contractors. I have a BS degree and they told me to go around different floors picking up empty boxes and trash. I am not a garbage collector! -High Turnover rate

Pros

Great learning experience - thrown in at the deep end and can sink your teeth into as much as you want. Great benefits and perks

Cons

no room for interns/assistants to move up. Too many gaps in the team structure and rather than fill them with people there they let good people go and complain they are understaffed.
