Pros

40 hours a week, you never see the boss, zero supervision, work with some cool people, get to watch TV all day.

Cons

Bosses don’t even know what you do, bosses encourage toxic work environment that pits coworkers against each other by rewarding rats, discriminate against conservatives, tolerates sexual harassment by management, no health benefits, no paid vacation, no raises, will let you go for no reason, terrible NABET union that cares more about itself than the workers it ostensibly represents.

Pros

The health benefits and overall fun and laid-back culture of this company are extremely hard to beat. The people at this company are a lot of fun to work with and are also helpful, creating a truly collaborative environment.

Cons

The pathetically low salaries and my department in particular is not keen to promote people.
