Pros

Excellent team, great benefits and support, mental health days etc, opportunities to go to screenings, and swag from the office.

Cons

Pay is very low, also if you are in person you have to drive there which is another cost you must factor in to your decision making

Pros

I have been with NBC Universal for just over a month, and I have nothing but great things to say about my time so far. Everyone is welcoming, humble, and goes out of their way to help and get you up to speed. Very appreciative and shows thanks for the little things. They welcome new ideas and suggestions and give you room to develop and see those ideas through. As with any organization, be careful of the few "jaded" staff that may have been here a while, are having trouble adapting to all the new changes or may not have particularly gotten their way with staff changes or promotions. The good far outweigh the unfortunate and it's definitely somewhere I'm looking to retire.

Cons

Some veteran staff have their hands and many pots and it's sometimes hard or takes long to get the information you need if these individuals are stretched thin.
