Pros

Great benefits and perks.

Cons

There was a LONG period when management was very twisted. Things since (the person left) then got much better.

Pros

You're not saving lives, you're making TV. Pretty good benefits. Lots of sick days, floating holidays, vacation time, etc..

Cons

Hard to move up. Everyone wants your job so everyone stays put and paid below your deserved wage, but that seems to be

Zero growth opportunities. Doesn't promot from within.

Pros

Rare layoffs unlike Disney and Warner Bros. Pay and benefits are in line with the other studios. Typical studio perks - screenings Summer hours for most departments

Cons

Zero growth opportunities not matter how much they tell us there is. If you want to move out of whatever job you are in, you'll need to quit and go to a different company. THEN apply for something else. Forget trying to get another job within the company. They like to tell us that they promote from within, but no one I know that has ever applied for a job has managed to land any other jobs. They are overlooking many qualified and excellent employees just because they already work here. Whatever your first job is will be the only job you have Don't waste your time thinking you'll be able to grow here. If you want to be union, don't bother. Comcast is known to be against unions. Minimal raises. 2% if you are lucky. Doesn't matter if you are a rock star or the laziest of the group. You work for Comcast. One of the most hated companies in America.
