Pros

Good benefits overall. Working in a creative and fast paced environment with a long term vision - Good culture & supportive colleagues

Cons

Being a large media-corporation, there is a perception of layered/decentralised decision-making, which can slow things

Pros

The people I worked with were amazing, that is about it.

Cons

There is a lot of playing favorites when it comes to getting further opportunity. Management was very rude when I said I was leaving, they acted like I didn't exist my last 2 weeks which was very disheartening. I would not recommend working here. They are moving to a 4 day in office policy as well.

Pros

Good company culture amongst employees and teams

Cons

Leadership has some unrealistic expectations and the industry in itself is not stable. There are often layoffs.
